Using YouTube as an artist tool.

As an aspiring animation student @ San Jose State I would constantly rendered quick drawings in my sketchbook, filling up 1-2 books in a month. On the weekends I would recreate in the Santa Cruz Mountains with a like minded friend who would love to watch me "do my magic" as she called it. Naturally this validation kept me on track with my work.

Today I'm finding that I can share my magic on YouTube through video media. The applications are endless as I'm finding it useful to show the painting processes to my students or just showing video of a recent art installation.

Computers have never really captivated me though I find this new fairy easy to navigate and set up using "you tube video edit". There is learning curve but it’s all pretty self explanatory.
